If your team is planning a retreat at one of Kenya’s spectacular national parks, the coast, or another beautiful getaway, BlueSky Adventures would love to provide your team with team building or leadership development at the destination of your choice.

We can do a half day to two days of programming for your team. Using our portable field activities and low-course, our team will be able to provide many of the benefits of the Challenge Course program. Location & Facilities

The BlueSky Adventures challenge course and outdoor classroom can be found at Lukenya Getaway, located at the foot of the beautiful Lukenya Hills. The Getaway provides both a scenic and peaceful environment for our training's and conferences. Whether enjoying a sumptuous meal in the spacious restaurants, or indulging in a quiet moment on the well manicured, expansive lawns, or taking part in one of our quality training programs, Lukenya Getaway will treat each member of your team like the most important guest.

Accommodating up to 300 people, the Getaway provides an ideal facility for both day groups and overnight stays. Our day guests will be treated to a delicious lunch with morning and afternoon tea breaks. Each tea comes with a delicious homemade snack. Overnight guests will choose from a variety of accommodation options, the Getaway offers something for everyone!

If you choose to host your own conference in conjunction with your BlueSky Adventures experience, the Getaway staff will ensure that you have everything you need for a successful conference. You will be able to choose from their expansive and flexible meeting and event space, fully equipped with wireless Internet access.
